Simplicity in a highball.

Hop over to Japan and you’ll find the locals drinking whisky mizuwaris, which means ‘mixed with water’. We thought our Port Barrel Gin would bring summery intrigue to this classic.


  • 60ml Port Barrel Gin (ideally chilled)
  • Ice-cold mineral water


Pour gin into a chilled highball glass filled with ice. Slowly top with ice-cold mineral water whilst stirring. Garnish with a small coin of orange peel. Share only if you’re bullied into it.
