They’ll join our founder Rupert Holloway at the Distiller’s Table for a two-hour journey into the Conker story — from our humble beginnings to the award-winning spirits we craft today.
They’ll taste our full range of Dorset Dry Gins and Cold Brew Coffee Liqueurs, explore the ten botanicals behind our Dorset Dry Gin, and see the art of distillation up close.
They will leave us with stories to share and a new-found love for Dorset’s favourite spirits.

Our Distillery is located in the seaside town of Southbourne in Bournemouth. We are 15 minute walk from Southbourne High Street and Pokesdown Train Station.
By Car:
There is plenty of roadside parking. We have non-alcoholic alternatives for all nominated drivers.
By Train:
Pokesdown Train Station – 5 minute Taxi
Bournemouth Train Station – 25 minute Taxi

Sip a welcome Conker Gin & Tonic while you get comfortable at our Distiller’s table.
Hear our founding story of how Conker was first launched as Dorset’s first Gin Distillery back in 2014.
Experience a guided tasting of our range of four Dorset Gins and Bowser LEAF, exploring the Botanicals used and their role in creates our gins.
Meet our Pot Still, ‘Big Bertha’, and learn about the principles of the distillation process and our production processes.
Enjoy a guided tasting of our Conker Coffee Liqueurs, learning about the meticulous journey from our sustainable coffee farms to your Espresso Martini.
Stay on after your Tour at the Conker Tap Room for delicious drinks and Street Food until 22:00. It’s free entry with no need to book ahead.
DISTILLERY TAP ROOM
There’s no need to book ahead, simply rock on up to the Distillery with the whole family.
We’re here from 4pm every Friday and Saturday, for tasty drinks, great music and delicious street food, all in the beautiful setting of our Craft Distillery in Southbourne, Dorset.

CHILDREN
Children are welcome at our Tap Rooms, so long as they are supervised by a responsible adult. Given the nature of our Distillery Tour & Tasting, Tours are only to be attended by adults.
PARKING
There is plenty of free roadside parking in the residential roads surrounding the Distillery.
ACCESS
The Tour and Tap Room takes place on the ground floor of the Distillery and is easily accessed by Wheelchair users. If you have any specific requirement please email us on [email protected].
DOGS
We love them, but I’m afraid they are not allowed in our Distillery building. With the exception of Assistance Dogs, of course.
MOVING YOUR TOUR DATE
We get that life throws us all a curve ball and you may need to reschedule your tour for another date. We are extremely happy to accommodate this if we are notified up to 7 days before your original Tour Date. You can amend your own booking by clicking on the link in tickets email you received when you first booked your tickets.
NO SHOW & CANCELLATION
If you cancel a booking or do not arrive for a scheduled Experience, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless at the discretion of the Conker Distillery management. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
