Brunch game changer.

We love a Gibson at Conker HQ and this one is just as tasty! A bit herbier and greener than the original, it’s our go to on Fish & Chip Friday!

Ingredients

  • 60ml Bowser LEAF
  • 5ml Pickling Liquor (the stuff in a jar of pickled onions!)
  • Pickled onions to garnish (plus plenty on the side if you’re greedy!)

Method

Chill your martini glass and mixing glass. Once they’re nice and cold, drain the ice melt and add your ingredients to the mixing glass, stirring down for a good 15 seconds. Add to your martini glass and garnish with a pickled onion. Plus some on the side because we love ’em!
