Savoury, life improving breakfast in a glass.

It doesn't take a genius to figure out that Bowser LEAF works a treat in a Bloody Mary. All the spice and umami you'd expect with a dry, thyme finish and none of the alcohol. Perfect if you're feeling a bit fragile.

Ingredients.

  • 50ml Bowser LEAF
  • 125ml Isle of Wight Tomato Juice
  • 6 drops of Tabasco
  • 10ml Worcestershire sauce
  • A good pinch of celery salt and black pepper

Method.

Add all of the ingredients into half a shaker (or a jug) with ice and pour through the strainer into the other half (this is called rolling). Pour back into the ice filled one and repeat a few times until it’s nice and cold. Strain into a highball filled with ice and garnish with a sprig of fresh herbs or a bay leaf.
