Alcohol-free Old Fashioned cocktail

Not so old fashioned after all.

Non-alcoholic cocktails don't have to be long and fruity, they can be complex and interesting. Stir down Bowser Leaf with ice and a little sugar and you'll coax out all the natural oils from the botanicals making for a great drink to sit and savour.

Ingredients.

60ml Bowser LEAF
15ml sugar syrup
4 dashes of Angostura Bitters

Method.

Stir all of the ingredients into a mixing glass with cubed ice. Strain into a nice tumbler over one large ice cube. Garnish with a coin of orange peel spritzed over the drink or a fresh bay leaf.
