Who knew the Bloody Mary could be trumped.

Hold onto your brunch, because the Red Snapper is the ultimate daytime tipple. Gin brings a whole new dimension to the classic Bloody Mary, and a very good reason to order yourself another.

Ingredients.

  • 50ml Dorset Dry Gin
  • 125ml Isle of Wight Tomato Juice
  • 6 drops of Tabasco
  • 10ml Worcestershire Sauce
  • A good pinch of celery salt and black pepper

Method.

Add all the ingredients into half a shaker (or a jug) with ice and pour through the strainer into the other half (this is called rolling). Pour back into the ice filled one and repeat a few times until it’s nice and cold. Strain into a highball filled with ice and garnish with a stick of celery.
