Pink gin for grown ups.

This gin deserves nothing less than to be sipped over a few big chunks of ice in your favourite tumbler. Add tonic to that equation and you have one of the tastiest G&Ts we’ve ever encountered.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Port Barrel Gin
  • 200ml classic Indian tonic water
  • Grapefruit or orange peel

Method

Simple but oh so sublime – fill your glass with ice, pour over the Port Barrel Gin, top with tonic water and finish with your garnish. Whack some Bon Iver on and set aside the rest of your day. It’s time to indulge.
