Dorset Gin


Show us somebody who doesn’t like Mojitos, and we’ll eat our mint bush.

It’s why we created the ‘Nojito’ – all the oomph of the classic cocktail we know and love, but without the alcohol. Grab us a bag of nuts, because we’re in for the long-haul.


  • 50ml Bowser Leaf
  • 25ml fresh lime juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup


Muddle two lime wedges and a few mint leaves gently in a highball glass. Add all of the ingredients, fill with crushed ice and churn briefly. Top with soda, garnish with a large sprig of fresh mint, and Bob’s your Nojito.
