Negroni lovers, behold this long and refreshing bitter-sweet Conkoction.

Invented by young-blood Cameron Moncaster from the Library of Liqour, this drink will quench the most sophisticated of palates and is a cracking example of how just a touch of Conker Coffee Liqueur goes a long way to complete a cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 35ml dark rum
  • 25ml Campari
  • 15ml Conker Coffee Liqueur
  • 150ml classic Indian tonic water
  • Wedge of orange and sprig of rosemary to garnish

Method

For this dry and refreshing pick-me-up, build your brew over lots of ice in a hi-ball glass. Garnish with a wedge of orange and sprig of rosemary.
