Make a Pina Colada with Coffee Liqueur

Yep, you heard right. Trust us on this one…

If you think Conker Coffee Liqueur might be a good addition or substitute to a certain classic cocktail, you are probably right. Versatile, it is. The Café Colada is another curve ball on a classic that you’ll find hard to put down.

Ingredients.

50ml Conker Coffee Liqueur
15ml coconut rum
50ml coconut cream
50ml pineapple juice
Pinch of salt

Method.

Shake all ingredients with ice and pour over an ice-filled tall glass. Garnish with something dead fancy and prepare to be seduced.
