If you haven’t yet introduced your gin to ginger then, well, the clue is in the name. It’s destiny. Then go ahead and pair that combo with fresh mint and lime and you’ve got yourself a whole glass of moreish. Enjoy.
Muddle the mint leaves with lime juice in a shaker. Add the RNLI Navy Strength Gin and ice and shake until cold. Add your ginger beer and stir gently, straining into an ice-filled glass and garnishing with a sprig of mint.
