Returns and Order Queries

We want you to be over the moon about your order.


Should you have any issues at all, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund the full value of your purchase, providing the following conditions are met:

  • You return the item to us with proof of purchase within 28 days of receiving your order.
  • The item (unless faulty) is returned to us in a resalable condition. This means bottles are unopened, sealed and in the same condition that you received them, with labels undamaged.
  • If your item is faulty, you will need to return the item to us within 28 days of receiving your order, with proof of purchase, detailing the reason for it’s return.
  • Please be aware that we’ll only process your refund once we’ve received and checked the item; this can take up to 14 days.
  • Please note that we are unable to pay for postage on return items unless they’re faulty.

 

Should you be unhappy for any reason with your purchase, please contact us by email on website@conkerspirit.co.uk with your order reference and the reason for the return.

Moving your Distillery Tour date and Refund Policy.

We get that life throws us all a curve ball and you may need to reschedule your tour for another date. We are extremely happy to accommodate this if we are notified up to 7 days before your original Tour Date. Pop us an email via the link below and we’ll get that sorted for you.

If you cancel a booking or do not arrive for a scheduled Experience, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless at the discretion of the Conker Distillery management. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
