Returns & Order Queries
The bottom line is, we want you to be completely happy with your order (i.e. big grin on your face, hand automatically reaching for your favourite glass), so we will refund the full value of your purchase, or offer an exchange, providing the following conditions are met:
- You return the item to us with proof of purchase within 28 days of receiving your order.
- The item (unless faulty) is returned to us in a resalable condition. This means bottles are unopened, sealed and in the same condition that you received them, with labels undamaged.
- If your item is faulty, you will need to return the item to us within 28 days of receiving your order, with proof of purchase and reason for return.
- Please be aware that we’ll only process your refund once we’ve received and checked the item; this can take up to 14 days.
- Please note that we are unable to pay for postage on return items unless they’re faulty.
If you’re unhappy for any reason with your purchase, please contact email@example.com with your order reference and the reason for the return.
