Every Friday and Saturday evening, we throw open our distillery doors to welcome everyone in for great food, proper drinks, and good company — right in the beating heart of our working distillery. It’s where you can sip our spirits where they’re made, meet the faces behind every bottle, and experience the craft, care and community that define Conker.

From our signature cocktails to the laughter and clinking glasses that fill the room, this is where the Conker spirit truly lives. Come as you are, bring your crew, and taste life together.

Whether it’s a relaxed evening with friends or a big birthday bash, our Tap Room has a spot for you.

Book a table and make yourself at home — or reserve a spot for up to 50 people and create your own corner for a proper get-together. You’ll be surrounded by good vibes, good company and the unmistakable buzz of our distillery.

Our team will make sure you’re looked after from the moment you walk in. We’ll shake the cocktails, pour the pints, and bring you the kind of night that reminds you what connection feels like.

While we can’t welcome dogs inside (sorry, furry friends), our space is all about warmth and inclusivity — a place where everyone feels part of the family.

Our Tap Room bar is a celebration of everything we craft — and everything we love to drink. Yes, you’ll find our award-winning Dorset Dry Gin and Conker Coffee Liqueur shaken, stirred, and served to perfection — but that’s just the start.

We pour guest local beers, crisp Midas Prosecco, and a rotating list of handpicked favourites that celebrate the best of Dorset and beyond.

Our menu is a collection of our favourite ways to enjoy our spirits — from bright and refreshing long drinks to indulgent cocktails that invite you to stay a little longer.

We partner with some of Dorset’s most exciting independent foodies to keep things fresh, local, and full of flavour.

Our yard transforms each week with the arrival of different street food heroes — from the wood-fired perfection of Doughbox sourdough pizzas to the outrageously good smash burgers from Smashing Patties.

There’s always something new cooking up, and we’ll keep you posted on what’s hitting the yard each weekend via our social pages.
