All hail the B&T – the alcohol-free cousin of the classic gin & tonic. Designed to recreate the sunshine taste of a G&T, but without the alcohol.

Ingredients

• 60ml Bowser Leaf
• 150ml Indian Tonic

Method

Fill a glass with ice, pour over the Bowser and tonic water and top with a sprig of fresh mint.
