Shipping & returns
Delivery, dispatch and help with your order.
When will my order arrive?
Standard Delivery takes 2–3 working days. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and offshore islands may take longer.
When is delivery free?
Standard Delivery is free on orders of £28 or more, after discounts have been applied.
How does Express Next Day Delivery work?
For mainland UK orders, order by 12pm Monday to Friday for next-day delivery. Orders placed by 12pm Friday arrive Saturday. We dispatch Monday to Friday only; orders placed after the Friday cut-off or over the weekend dispatch Monday for Tuesday delivery. Express is not available to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland or offshore islands. Full delivery details.
How do I arrange a return or report an issue?

How do I know my order is confirmed?
You will see an order confirmation after checkout and receive a confirmation email at the address you supplied. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder or get in touch.
Where can I find tasting notes and cocktail ideas?

Do you offer alcohol-free drinks?

Where is the distillery?
Find us at Unit 2, 163 Stourvale Road, Southbourne, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH6 5HQ. See our Directions page for a map and travel information.
How long is a distillery tour?
Our founder-led tour and guided tasting lasts around two hours and costs £30 per person. Explore tours and book.
When is the Tap Room open?
Join us Friday and Saturday, 4pm–10pm. Entry is free and there is no need to book ahead. See Taproom Events for more.
