We slow-infuse raspberries in our Dorset Dry Gin. That’s it. No flavourings. No colourings. Just real fruit shining through every sip.
Not a sickly-sweet liqueur, but a full 40% ABV proper fruit gin, made for big, fruity G&Ts and cloudy lemonade spritzes.

50ml Raspberry Gin, 150ml ginger ale, fresh raspberries and mint. Build over ice.
Raspberry Royale
15ml Raspberry Gin, 150ml Prosecco and fresh raspberries.
Pink Cooler
50ml Raspberry Gin, 150ml bitter lemon, lemon peel and fresh raspberries. Build over ice.
