Shipping policy
So that you can get your paws on Conker as soon as possible, we’ll get your order on its way as swiftly as we can.
Standard Delivery
2–3 working days. Free on orders of £28 or more after discounts. Orders below £28 cost £4.99.
Express Next Day Delivery (mainland UK only)
£6.99. Order by 12pm Monday to Friday for next-day delivery. Order by 12pm on Friday for delivery on Saturday.
We dispatch Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 12pm are dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday, or at any time on Saturday or Sunday, are dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday (excluding public holidays).
Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland
Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and offshore islands may take longer, and Express Next Day Delivery isn’t available to these areas.
If you select Express delivery for one of these areas, we’ll send your order by Standard Delivery and refund the difference in delivery cost.
Tracking your delivery
Once your order has left our distillery, we’ll send you an email with tracking information.
Distillery Collection
Choose Pick up at checkout for free collection from Conker Distillery, Unit 2, 163 Stourvale Road, Southbourne, Bournemouth BH6 5HQ. Please wait for your ready-to-collect email before travelling and bring your confirmation email with you.
International delivery
We currently deliver to the UK only. For overseas enquiries, contact website@conkerspirit.co.uk.
