Black Garlic & Honey

One of the bespoke spirits we make for some of our favourite bars and restaurants in the Conker Lab.

A rich and moody gin created with Masterchef’s Elly Wentworth and her talented team at The Angel in Dartmouth. We took some of their favourite ingredients to design a gin that perfectly compliments  The Angel’s award-winning food.

This is wonderfully unique gin is savoury with umami and spice. Sip neat with a cheese board or in a Red Snapper (gin based Bloody Mary!).

Tasting notes – The savoury and umami hit of black garlic gives way to piney juniper and finishes with a deep honeyed sweetness.
