To capture the olive flavours of the classic serve, we’ve ‘washed’ our Dorset Dry Gin with the incredible Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the two brothers at Two Fields Zakros, then finishing the drink with a perfect touch of vermouth.

Super complex savoury flavours, a velvety texture and wonderfully moreish, this martini makes a perfect pre-dinner or brunch cocktail.

Simply pop in the freezer a couple of hours before pouring into a fancy ice-cold glass. Go!
