Giveaway Terms & Conditions

The opening and closing dates for the giveaway are as advertised in the associated post and the winner(s) will be notified directly shortly after the giveaway has ended.

In order to enter, entrants must follow the instruction outlined. Entrants are required to meet the criteria specified but otherwise no purchase is necessary.

Person(s) will be selected at random to win the prize on offer and will be notified via the social media account used to enter the prize draw.

Employees and contractors of Conker Spirit are not eligible to enter. The prize draw is only open to residents of the UK who are aged 18 and above.

Conker Spirit will have the right to publicly disclose the name of the winner. The winner’s name will be published on social media platforms.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted or the prize notification is returned or is undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to any prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

An unclaimed prize may not be awarded.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

Conker Spirit reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of similar value should the need arise.

In respect of bottles of Conker Spirit – RNLI Navy Strength Gin being given away by Conker Spirit for the purpose of a free giveaway, the full payment of £5 per 70cl bottle will be made by Conker Spirit in support of the RNLI*

Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions as final and binding.

Entries which are not in accordance with the terms and conditions will be disqualified.

Conker Spirit reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the prize draw/giveaway at any time (and for any reason) without notice.

Conker Spirit’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw/giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
