A jammy twist on a Bramble. Sweet and sour, devour.

We kick off the Conker Cocktail films with the talented and exceedingly likeable Lloyd Brown from one of our favourite watering holes, the Venner Bar in Bridport, Dorset.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Dorset Dry Gin
  • 25ml fresh lemon juice
  • 2tsp blueberry Jam
  • 3 basil leaves
  • Soda water
  • A couple of blackberries to garnish

Method

Dollop the blueberry jam into a cocktail shaker and add the Dorset Dry Gin, lemon juice and basil leaves (not before giving them a good smash with your hands). Shake as though your life depends on it, and strain into a snazzy glass full of ice. Top with soda water and place your garnish on top. Mega.
