Ingredients

  • 50ml Dorset Dry Gin
  • 25ml fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • Gooseberries
  • Rock samphire
  • Elderflower tonic

Method

Pour all your ingredients besides the tonic into an ice-filled shaker and shake it like you hate it. Pour your concoction over an ice-filled glass and top up with an ice-cold elderflower tonic.
