Gin and Irn-Bru… we are nothing if not sophisticated.
Pour the Dorset Dry Gin, St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur and lemon juice into an ice-cold mixing glass, top with ice cubes and stir. Strain into a glass before filling with crushed ice, topping with a wheel of orange and drizzling with Irn-Bru syrup. To make your Irn-bru syrup simply lightly simmer your fizzy pop in a pan until reduced and sticky.
