Ingredients

  • 60ml Dorset Dry Gin
  • 15ml Kombu Seaweed-infused Noilly Dry Vermouth
  • 5ml pickling liquor
  • 1 pickled onion

Method

Pour the pickling liquor, Kombu Seaweed-infused Noilly Dry Vermouth and Dorset Dry Gin into a mixing glass, add ice and stir gently. Pop the pickled onion into an elegant glass and strain over your concoction. Pair with a wedge of mature cheddar and lose your self-control.
